Slide Down: Roll, dodge, survive the endless slope!
Slide Down is a thrilling 3D endless ball-running arcade game that tests your reflexes and focus. A fast-moving ball rolls automatically down floating, obstacle-filled tracks suspended high above a neon void. Your goal is simple but punishing: survive as long as possible by dodging deadly blocks, razor-sharp edges, and sudden gaps in the track. The speed ramps up relentlessly the longer you stay alive, turning every millisecond into a split-second decision. One wrong move and your run ends instantly in a spectacular crash.

Did You Know?
Slide Down's floating track design was originally sketched on a napkin during a game jam, and the neon-void aesthetic was chosen specifically to reduce visual distraction so players can focus entirely on obstacle detection.

How to Play Slide Down
The ball rolls forward automatically — you only control its left and right movement. Press A or Left Arrow to steer left, D or Right Arrow to steer right. Your job is to avoid every obstacle: solid blocks, sharp edges, and gaps. Speed boost power-ups appear as glowing orbs — roll over them for a burst of speed. There is no pause, no health bar, and no second chance. The run ends the instant you collide with anything, then you restart to beat your high score.

Tips & Tricks
Stay centered when the track is clear — it gives you equal reaction time to dodge obstacles from either side
Time speed boost pickups carefully — grabbing one right before a dense obstacle cluster can send you into danger faster than you can react
Watch the track ahead, not the ball — your peripheral vision handles ball position while you scan for upcoming blocks and gaps
Practice with both A/D and arrow keys to find which feels more natural for your reaction speed

Frequently Asked Questions
Discuss: Slide Down
This game is stupidly addictive. I told myself 'one more run' and suddenly an hour was gone. The speed ramp-up is perfectly tuned — it never feels unfair, just increasingly intense.
Great concept and super smooth gameplay. The 3D track visuals are clean and ball physics feel responsive. Would love more track themes but for a free browser game this is top-tier.
Perfect for quick breaks between meetings. Runs are short enough that you don't get sucked in too long, but the high-score chase keeps it interesting. My kid loves watching me play.
